This causes 'color washout' in the same way that white can wash out. It seems to only be a levels/curves adjustment tool, causing saturation based on lightness. Oddly enough, the bloom shader does not provide the light bleeding effect from bright surfaces. Here I will try to explain what I think each setting does. EDIT: updated values, they won't match the description now but I'm too lazy to fix that These go into Data>Shaders>OblivionReloaded then the config files in the appropriate folder. These settings may or may not compliment an ENB.

I'm also running OBR 6.5.0 because 7.0.0 crashes my game even on a fresh install so idk if these settings will work for that version. BE aware that these settings were designed around the lighting environment of All Natural - Real Lights and Weather, as well as Spell Light Recolor, among other lighting mods so your results may vary. I will explain what I have learned about the settings configuration. Somehow one ENB image managed to sneak in, ignore the Bravil Docks image.
